Aromatherapy Helps in Stress

Because the emotional symptoms lead to physical ones, it is always best to treat them first. Often, then, the physical symptoms won’t develop.

Aromatherapy for Anxiety –

These oils can help you:
• Lavender
• Jasmine
• Clary Sage
• Marigold
• Neroli
• Vetiver
You can add up to ten drops of whichever oil you think smells best for you to bath. Then soak in it for 15 minutes. OR inhale neat oil. OR make up a blend, using up to 12 drops of oil in 4 FL oz(100ml) of a carrier oil. Massage it into your solar plexus in an anti-clockwise direction. This is very calming.

Aromatherapy for Depression –

These oils can help you
• Clary Sage
• Lavender
• Marjoram
• Chamomile
• Sandalwood
• Frankincense
• Ylang-ylang
You can use them in the bath- up to ten drops in a full tub. OR inhale them neat or use in a burner or vaporizer. Or you can add 12 drops to 4 FL oz (100ml) of a carrier oil for massage.
A blend of lavender, clary sage and chamomile are good for massage.

Aromatherapy for Lack of Confidence –

These oils can help you
• Rosemary
• Petitgrain
• Neroli
• Jasmine
You can inhale them neat for a quick uplift. Or use them in your bath. Or you can use them in a burner or vaporizer.

Aromatherapy for Aggressiveness –

These oils can help you:
• Lemon
• Marjoram
• Chamomile
• Ylang-ylang
• Juniper
You can use 12 drops in 4 FL oz (100ml) of a carrier oil for massage, concentrating on the solar plexus and abdomen. A nice blend is lemon, marjoram and ylang-ylang. OR you can use them in your bath.

Aromatherapy for Lack of confidence/Irritability –

These oils can help you:
• Chamomile
• Neroli
• Lavender
• Marjoram
• Vetiver
• Rosemary
• Rose
You can use then in your bath or can use them for steam inhalation. Inhale them neat particularly rosemary and neroli for quick relief. Or you can use them in a burner or vaporizer.

Aromatherapy for Fatigue/ excessive tiredness –

These oils can help you:
• Lavender
• Neroli
• Rosemary
• Juniper
• Geranium
You can use up to 10 drops in your bath and soak in it for five to ten minutes. Or use 6 drops in a footbath if you are in a hurry. You can also use them, take 10 drops to 2 FL oz (50ml) of a carrier oil. Rub it briskly into your plexus to uplift and boost energy levels.
